FiberFlex Aero Filament - 1.75 mm - 0.85 kg
FiberFlex Aero is an innovative, foamable elastomer-based filament that allows precise control over the density and weight of the finished model. By adjusting key printer settings such as nozzle temperature, print speed and flow, you activate the foaming agent contained in the material. Most importantly, you have full control over this process: by selecting the appropriate settings, you can smoothly regulate the degree of foaming and thus perfectly tailor the material's density and hardness to your specific needs.

Product description
FiberFlex Aero is a filament that allows you to shape the properties of your print by controlling key 3D printer settings such as nozzle temperature, filament flow and print speed. The particles contained in the filament are activated by heat, increasing their volume several times over. The result is an exceptionally durable yet lightweight material that performs perfectly in a wide range of applications.
FiberFlex Aero enables you to:
- reduce the weight of the finished print by up to 50% while maintaining its overall volume;
- modify the hardness of different sections of the model layer by layer, making it possible to create, for example, a hard, abrasion-resistant outer zone with a soft, vibration-damping core;
- achieve a Soft Touch surface with a matte, foam-like finish;
- reduce filament consumption by up to approximately 50%, depending on the degree of foaming.
Where can FiberFlex Aero be used?
- Orthotics and rehabilitation: orthoses, orthopedic insoles
- Sports and recreation: grips, protective pads, helmet components, sports accessories
- Drones and RC models: shock absorbers, landing gear components
- Automotive: seals, bump stops, vibration dampers
- Footwear: insoles, soles

RAL/Pantone
Why not HEX?
Providing the color of 3D printing filament in HEX format does not make sense because this notation was created to describe colors displayed on screens (RGB – monitors, TVs, mobile devices). HEX defines a mix of red, green and blue light, meaning a digital color. With filaments, however, we deal with a physical material. The same filament may look different in various photos and HEX cannot accurately represent the actual appearance of the material.
Much better references are color systems used in printing and industry, such as RAL or Pantone, which are based on real samples and allow for comparison of colors in physical reality.
