The online store available at https://fiberlogy.com, enabling online purchases of goods, digital content, or digital services (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").

Fiberlab S.A., with its registered office at: Brzezie 387, 32-014 Brzezie, Poland.

Assessment of the service’s accessibility status:

We make every effort to ensure that our Online Store complies with the requirements of the Polish Act of April 26, 2024 on ensuring accessibility of certain products and services by economic operators.

To this end, we have implemented in particular:

The ability to navigate and make purchases in the Store using a keyboard;
Compatibility of the Store with assistive tools (e.g., screen readers);
Readable fonts and the ability to enlarge text without losing content or functionality;
Proper spacing between letters, lines and paragraphs;
Text descriptions for essential non-text content (excluding decorative elements that are not essential for using the Store);
A logical and clear heading structure.

Multimedia:

Essential multimedia files in the Store include text descriptions (so-called alternative text), transcripts and-where required-audio descriptions.

Elements of the Online Store not fully adapted to accessibility requirements:

The Service Provider does not guarantee accessibility for content that may appear in the Online Store but is not financed or created by the Service Provider and is not under its control. This may apply in particular to maps provided by third parties (postal operators, courier companies) used to select the pick-up point for an order, as well as interfaces provided by payment service providers.
