PETG+PTFE

Low Friction and High Strength for 3D Prints

PETG+PTFE was developed specifically for applications requiring low friction and increased wear resistance. By adding 10% PTFE (Teflon) to PETG, we created a 3D printing filament with tribological properties, making it an excellent choice for producing sliding components and gears operating under low to moderate loads.

The material retains all the advantages of standard PETG. It is easy to print, has high adhesion, strong chemical resistance, and excellent impact strength. At the same time, thanks to the PTFE content, it offers significantly reduced friction, which enhances the durability of printed components and extends their service life. The filament is heat resistant up to 70°C.

PETG+PTFE is a reliable filament for engineering and industrial applications where low friction and wear resistance are essential. It performs perfectly in the production of both functional prototypes and end-use parts.

Tips and recommendations

Possible bed damage: Due to strong adhesion to the surface, printing directly on the bed or glass is not recommended, as this may cause damage. We recommend using adhesives or masking tape.
