Nylon PA12+GF
Strength and Resistance
PA12+GF15 is another Fiberlogy material derived from PA12 Nylon. It is reinforced with 15% glass fiber (GF), which significantly improves its strength, stiffness, as well as thermal and chemical resistance compared to pure Nylon. PA12+GF15 offers a stiffness of 3.6 GPa and can withstand temperatures up to approximately 170°C.
Unlike Nylon reinforced with carbon fiber, such as Fiberlogy PA12+CF5 and PA12+CF15, this filament provides greater flexibility, making it ideal for applications exposed to variable loads and impacts.
Its very low shrinkage ensures excellent dimensional stability, which, combined with high strength, enables achieving engineering-grade results even on home 3D printers. The filament does not require a heated chamber; however, due to its high abrasiveness, it is recommended to use hardened steel or ruby nozzles to prevent excessive wear.

Properties:
- excellent balance of strength and impact resistance
- dimensional stability
- resistance to high temperatures (up to 170°C) and chemicals
- fatigue resistance
- suitable for open-frame printers
