This privacy policy was created for visitors to the website https://fiberlogy.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which constitutes the Fiberlogy online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

The controller of your personal data in connection with your use of the Store is: Fiberlab S.A., with its registered office at Brzezie 387, 32-014 Brzezie, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000533098, VAT PL6772384498, REGON 360151591.

We use cookies and other similar mechanisms to learn how users interact with our Website and for marketing purposes, including displaying advertisements to them in other locations across the Internet.

- We use advertising tools that allow us to display our ads on other websites you visit, including on social media platforms (so-called targeted ads), measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and tailor the content of our messages to the information we have about you.
- In our Store, we offer the option to subscribe to our newsletter. In this case, cookies are used to embed the subscription form on our Website and measure the effectiveness of sign-ups via that form.
  Modern email marketing systems allow us to combine analytical data from mailing campaigns with analytical data from the Store. We may use this combined data to optimize the content of messages sent to newsletter subscribers.

Social Media Plugins and Links
- Our Website contains links to our profiles on social media platforms: Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn. If you visit our profile on a given platform, the owner of that platform will receive information (just as they would when users click from any other website to another) that you accessed their platform from our Store.

Videos
- Some videos on the Website are embedded using plugins from YouTube (a service owned by Google). When you play such a video on our Website, Google receives this information from your browser-even if you do not have a Google/YouTube account or are not currently logged in. If you are logged in to the service, the provider can directly link the video playback to your profile.
- If you wish to prevent Google from collecting information about your activity on our Website, you can:
  - choose not to play the video (giving consent to play one video will be treated as consent to play other videos on our Website until you withdraw it in your cookie preferences),
  - refuse cookies from this service in our Website’s cookie consent panel, or
  - log out of your Google/YouTube account.

Legal Basis for Using Cookies

The legal basis for the Store’s use of essential cookies (as described above in "What Cookies Do We Use?") is our legitimate interest, namely the right to operate a Website that supports our business and the need to maintain its security.
The legal basis for the use of all other cookies is your consent.

Our use of cookies-especially for advertising purposes-may involve profiling. How Long Do Cookies Stay on a User’s Device?

Providing the above data is not mandatory, but it is necessary to fulfill your order, issue an invoice, notify you about your order status, or respond to your inquiry or complaint, etc.

How Long Do We Process the Data?

We process your order-related data for as long as necessary to fulfill the order, as well as in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.

In addition, we will process data for the time required to achieve the purposes listed above in the table (that is, until our legitimate interest allowing us to process the data ceases, or until you object to processing, or until you withdraw your marketing consent-if such consent was granted). Further processing will only be possible if we, as the data controller, have a legal obligation to do so (particularly for tax purposes) or for archiving purposes to protect against potential claims (until such claims become time-barred).

Who Do We Share Your Data With?

In our operations, we use services provided by other cooperating companies, which means your data may be entrusted to: the company providing our Store management software, our accounting firm, our Website hosting provider, our email hosting provider, the provider of our email marketing system and other companies whose marketing services and tools we use. Your data is also shared with courier companies and, where applicable, payment intermediaries to process your order-these entities act as independent data controllers.

For marketing purposes described above in the "Cookies" section, we use services provided by entities based in the USA (Google, Facebook). As a result, personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Union. Your Rights Regarding Data Processing

We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data and ensuring that you can exercise your rights. You can exercise these rights free of charge by sending us an email or contacting us in another way.

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

request access to the data we hold about you,
rectify your data,
request the erasure of your data if it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was processed or if we no longer have another legal basis for processing it,
withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, if you have previously given such consent,
object to the processing of your data if it is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest,
request the restriction of data processing,
lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your data is being processed unlawfully.

Additional Information for Newsletter Subscribers

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will send you marketing information about our products and/or services, such as news about our offer, promotions, or special deals.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link included in each newsletter or by simply sending us a message.

Our modern email marketing system allows us to analyze subscriber activity-specifically, it lets us know whether you have opened a given message. We use this information to better tailor the newsletter content and notifications to your interests and to send you personalized messages (profiling). You may object to this type of processing of your data at any time. If a subscriber remains inactive for 1 year, we may stop sending the newsletter. In such cases, we will remove you from our subscriber list (with prior notice).

Your data is not used by us to make decisions based solely on automated processing that could affect your legal situation or have other similarly significant consequences for you.

Analytical Cookies:
1. We use Google Analytics
  - Google Analytics collects information about users such as: how many times a user visits the website; which subpages they visit; the date of the first and last visit; visit duration; the site from which the user accessed the website (referral source); the browser used; the link clicked; the user’s approximate location; the anonymized (shortened) IP address; and more.
  - Google assigns its own identifier (known as the Google ID) to each user and stores data from cookies collected across various websites on its servers. We, as the Website owner, may only receive reports (statistics) from Google regarding traffic on our Website. The collected data is processed in aggregate and anonymized form for the purpose of improving how our Website functions.

3. Cookies from our Store software provider
  - The provider of the software that powers our Store-namely, the owner of the shoper.pl platform-places cookies on our Website to collect aggregated information on how customers use online stores (pages visited, time spent, products viewed, clicks, analytical purchase data such as conversion rates).
  - This data is used to produce aggregated reports for store owners, containing only general (non-personal) information such as which products are popular, seasonal trends in traffic or sales, etc. This helps store owners (including us) improve their stores and optimize sales processes.

Advertising Cookies
1. We use Google Ads and other Google advertising tools
  - Google stores data collected from cookies placed on your device. This data is gathered across all sites where you have consented to Google’s use of cookies for advertising purposes (including our Website), as well as from ads you have clicked on. Google uses this information to display ads on other websites you visit. Typically, Google cookies expire after 3 months.
  - As advertisers using Google services, we do not have access to cookie data stored on your device. However, we can target ads to audience groups with characteristics we choose, e.g., all users who visited our website (or a specific subpage) in the last 7 days.
