FiberFlex CF

Flexibility and Strength

FiberFlex CF is a 3D printing filament that combines the flexibility of polyurethane (TPU) with the exceptional strength of carbon fiber. This material offers excellent shock absorption and elasticity. Additionally, its resistance to temperatures up to 90°C allows for versatile use in demanding environments.

The addition of 20% carbon fiber increases the stiffness of the material (60D Shore hardness), enabling the creation of durable parts with high dimensional accuracy. The enhanced rigidity makes this filament much easier to print compared to other flexible materials. Moreover, FiberFlex CF exhibits antistatic and electrically conductive properties.

Thanks to its unique characteristics, FiberFlex CF is ideal for applications that require both flexibility and resistance to mechanical stress and harsh environmental conditions.

Tips and recommendations

Nozzle: The material is highly abrasive. A hardened steel or ruby nozzle is required.
Handling: Use gloves (micro-damage to the skin may occur). When handling, use a dust mask and safety goggles.
Easier print removal: To facilitate print removal, the bed can be heated up to 110 °C.
