Returns and Complaints
If you are a consumer or a privileged entrepreneur (as defined in Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date you receive the goods – without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, simply send us a withdrawal statement within this period:
-
by email: shop@fiberlogy.com
-
by post: Brzezie 387, 32-014 Brzezie, Poland
You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not required. Once we receive your statement, we will confirm it by email.
You must return the goods at your own expense within 14 days from sending the withdrawal statement to the following address:
Brzezie 387, 32-014 Brzezie, Poland
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receiving your withdrawal statement. We will refund:
-
the price of the purchased goods,
-
the cost of the original delivery (based on the cheapest standard delivery option available in our store).
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or receive proof of their return shipment. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
Please note: You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if you have used them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Complaints
We are committed to delivering products that meet the contract and your expectations.
If you notice a defect or a lack of conformity with the contract, you can file a complaint:
-
by email: shop@fiberlogy.com

We will review your complaint in the form it was submitted (in writing or by email) within 14 days of receipt.
