PVB Filaments
Fiberlogy PVB Filaments are modern 3D printing materials distinguished by their ability to be smoothed with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Immersing a model in the liquid or exposing it to its vapors causes the outer layers to partially dissolve and fuse together, giving the print a porcelain-like, glossy finish and significantly enhancing the overall aesthetic of the final object.
PVB prints similarly to PLA, making it beginner-friendly while remaining suitable for experienced users. Its low shrinkage reduces the risk of warping, and its odorless nature ensures a comfortable printing experience. For optimal layer adhesion and to prevent model lifting, a higher heated bed temperature is recommended during printing.
Fiberlogy PVB filaments are perfect for projects that require both print aesthetics, smooth surface finish, and easy post-processing. They are ideal for creating models, figurines, prototypes, and other detailed prints where professional-looking, elegant results are desired. Thanks to its versatility and printability, PVB is an excellent choice for all 3D printing enthusiasts.
