Matte Rubber-Like Filament

Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D is our next step in flexible 3D printing. This rubber-like matte filament stands out with its unique, non-glossy finish. Despite its elegant appearance, printing with MattFlex 40D remains just as easy as with FiberFlex 40D. Moreover, it allows for even higher printing speeds—up to 60 mm/s—without compromising print quality. The matte finish of this flexible filament gives printed parts a more refined look than typical TPU filaments, effectively masking layer lines and producing a flawless surface without the need for post-processing.

But excellent aesthetics and ease of printing aren’t the only advantages of MattFlex. This rubber-like filament is ideal for a wide range of applications, both domestic and industrial. It offers high impact strength, stretching capability (up to 6x elongation), compression resistance (up to 50%), and resistance to chemicals and low temperatures. All these features make this matte flexible filament a versatile 3D printing material.
