Product description

LAST UNITS! Filament wound on an old-type spool. Spool dimensions: 200 mm x 84 mm. The spool is not compatible with BambuLab AMS. It can be used with BambuLab AMS Lite.

Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D is a modern flexible 3D printing filament distinguished by its matte finish and rubber-like properties. It is an excellent alternative to traditional TPU filaments, offering not only easy printing but also an exceptional surface appearance. The matte texture effectively hides layer lines, giving prints a clean, aesthetic look without the need for post-processing.

Unlike many flexible filaments, MattFlex 40D allows for high print speeds – up to 60 mm/s – without compromising quality. This makes it user-friendly and suitable for both hobbyists and professional FDM users.

The filament offers impressive durability: it can stretch up to six times its length, withstand compression of up to 50%, and provides high impact resistance and elasticity. In addition, MattFlex 40D is resistant to chemicals and low temperatures, making it suitable for demanding technical and industrial applications.

Thanks to its unique combination of flexibility and matte appearance, Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D is ideal for producing functional seals, dampers, flexible hinges, protectors, or components exposed to mechanical stress. It is equally suitable for projects where both durability and an elegant surface finish are important.

Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D is the perfect choice for users who want to combine the advantages of flexible materials with an attractive matte finish. An excellent option for both home and professional applications.

RAL/Pantone

To make it easier to choose the right color variant, we provide RAL and Pantone equivalents for filaments wherever possible. The given values are approximate and are intended to reflect the actual filament shade as closely as possible.

Why not HEX?

Providing the color of 3D printing filament in HEX format does not make sense because this notation was created to describe colors displayed on screens (RGB – monitors, TVs, mobile devices). HEX defines a mix of red, green and blue light, meaning a digital color. With filaments, however, we deal with a physical material. The same filament may look different in various photos and HEX cannot accurately represent the actual appearance of the material.

Much better references are color systems used in printing and industry, such as RAL or Pantone, which are based on real samples and allow for comparison of colors in physical reality.
