FiberFlex 30D Filament - 1.75 mm - 0.85 kg

FiberFlex 30D is a flexible TPU filament with a reduced Shore hardness of 30D, ideal for 3D printing rubber-like materials. It is excellent for prints resistant to bending, squeezing, and stretching. The filament requires a printer with a direct drive extruder and some experience, which is why it is recommended for more advanced users. It works well in flexible and durable projects.

Product description

FiberFlex 30D is a flexible TPU filament with a Shore hardness of 30D, designed for users who need a very soft, rubber-like material for 3D printing. Thanks to its exceptional elasticity, it is perfect for producing prints resistant to bending, squeezing, and stretching, making it an excellent choice for applications that require both high mechanical durability and flexibility.

However, printing with FiberFlex 30D requires some experience and a printer equipped with a direct drive extruder, as the softness of the material may cause challenges during feeding. It is recommended to reduce printing speed and extruder pressure to ensure stable, high-quality prints.

FiberFlex 30D is aimed at more advanced users who want to take advantage of flexible TPU materials for complex projects. For those seeking filaments with slightly higher hardness, FiberFlex 40D and Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D are also worth exploring, offering a stiffer feel and a matte finish.

RAL/Pantone

To make it easier to choose the right color variant, we provide RAL and Pantone equivalents for filaments wherever possible. The given values are approximate and are intended to reflect the actual filament shade as closely as possible.

Why not HEX?

Providing the color of 3D printing filament in HEX format does not make sense because this notation was created to describe colors displayed on screens (RGB – monitors, TVs, mobile devices). HEX defines a mix of red, green and blue light, meaning a digital color. With filaments, however, we deal with a physical material. The same filament may look different in various photos and HEX cannot accurately represent the actual appearance of the material.

Much better references are color systems used in printing and industry, such as RAL or Pantone, which are based on real samples and allow for comparison of colors in physical reality.
