    6. The services available at our website use your personal data for the following purposes:
      o processing your enquiries submitted via the contact form
      o presentation of product offer or information.
    7. Our website obtains information about users and their behaviour in the following manner:
      1. using data voluntarily submitted via the contact form, which are then entered into the operator’s database;
      2. by saving cookie files in end user devices.

    1. Sites where you are requested to enter login and personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). The personal data and login data entered on our website are encrypted on the user’s computer and may be decoded only on the target server.
    2. The operator changes his admin passwords at regular intervals.

      o authorized employees and partners who process your data to achieve the purpose of the website,
      o companies providing marketing services to the administrator.
    2. Your personal data are processed by the administrator no longer than it is necessary to perform activities related to them specified in separate regulations (e.g. on bookkeeping). With regard to marketing data, your data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
    3. You have the right to request from the administrator to:
      o grant access to your personal data
      o correct your data,
      o remove your data
      o limit processing of your data
      o transfer your data.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data as laid out in point 3.3 c) i.e. to the processing of personal data in order to perform legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, including profiling. The right of objection may not be exercised if there are valid legal grounds for processing which override your personal interests, rights and freedoms, in particular to establish, investigate or defend claims.
    5. Administrator’s actions are subject to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
    6. Providing personal data is voluntary but it is necessary to use our website.
    7. Actions may be taken in relation to you which involve automated decision making, including profiling to provide services under contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the administrator.
    8. Your Personal data shall not be transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on personal data protection. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
  5. Information about contact forms
    1. Our website collects information provided voluntarily by user including personal data if they are provided.
    2. Our website may record data in connection parameters (time, IP address).
    3. In some case our website may record information which will facilitates the association of data submitted via the contact form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the website containing the form.
    4. The data provided via a form is processed for the purpose related to the function of the given form, e.g. request for contact, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly informs about its purpose.

    1. We collect certain information about how users use our website. These data are used to efficiently manage our website.
  7. Key marketing techniques
    1. The operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on our website through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in end-user devices. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool available at: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
    2. The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow the adjustment of advertising content to user behaviour on the website, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track it. However, in practice no personal data is transferred by the operator to advertising companies. This is only technologically possible thanks to enabling cookies.
    3. The operator uses specialized software to study user behaviour by creating heat maps and tracking behaviour on the website. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service provider so that he or she cannot know which physical person they are related to. In particular, no passwords or other personal data are recorded.
