ASA-Filament

Filament available in the new spool system. Compatible with BambuLab AMS.
The addition of aramid fibers increases the mechanical strength of prints, improves their durability, and reduces the risk of parts crumbling or cracking under load. The filament also features excellent layer adhesion and reduced shrinkage, allowing you to print larger models while maintaining high dimensional stability. The characteristic matte, raw surface finish gives prints a professional look typical of composite materials.
ASA+AF filament retains all the advantages of classic ASA while offering even greater resistance to wear and mechanical damage. The material has a reduced coefficient of friction, which ensures increased resistance to abrasion (tribological wear). Thanks to its resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions, the material is ideal for outdoor applications, such as automotive parts, drone components, device housings, or components exposed to impacts and fluctuating temperatures. The filament is heat-resistant up to 94°C.
To achieve optimal print parameters, it is recommended to use a closed thermal chamber and a hardened steel nozzle that is resistant to the abrasion caused by aramid fibers.
