Information on how the e-commerce service meets accessibility requirements.

Service to which this information applies:

The online store at https://fiberlogy.com, which allows customers to purchase goods, digital content, or digital services online (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”).

Fiberlab S.A., with its registered office at: Brzezie 387, 32-014 Brzezie, Poland.

Assessment of Service Accessibility:

We make every effort to ensure that our Online Store’s website complies with the requirements of the Act of April 26, 2024, on Ensuring Compliance with Accessibility Requirements for Certain Products and Services by Business Entities.

To this end, the following measures were implemented in particular:

1. The ability to access the Store's features and make purchases using the keyboard;
2. The Store's compatibility with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers);
3. Legible fonts and the ability to zoom in on text without losing content or functionality;
4. Appropriate spacing between letters, lines, and paragraphs;
5. Text descriptions for significant non-text content (excluding decorative elements that are not essential to using the Store);
6. A logical and clear heading structure.

Multimedia:

Relevant multimedia files in the Store include text descriptions (known as "alternative text"), transcripts, and (where required) audio descriptions.

Elements of the Online Store that are not fully compliant with accessibility requirements:

• The Service Provider does not guarantee compliance with accessibility requirements regarding content that may appear in the Online Store but is not funded or created by the Service Provider and is not under its control. This may apply in particular to maps provided by third parties (postal operators, courier companies) that are used to select a pickup location for an order, as well as interfaces provided by payment service providers.
