FiberFlex Aero Filament

FiberFlex Aero is a filament that allows you to tailor the properties of your print by controlling key 3D printer operating parameters, such as nozzle temperature, filament flow, and print speed. The particles contained in the filament activate when exposed to heat, increasing their volume several times over. It is a very durable yet lightweight material that is ideal for numerous applications.

FiberFlex Aero enables:

• a reduction in the weight of the finished print (by up to 50%) while maintaining its volume;
• modifying the model’s hardness on a layer-by-layer basis, allowing you to create, for example, a hard, abrasion-resistant outer layer and a soft, vibration-damping core;
• achieving a Soft Touch surface with a matte, foam-like finish;
• reducing filament consumption (by up to about 50%) depending on the degree of foaming.
