Product description

Fiberlogy HS PLA Clear is an innovative 3D printing filament designed for high-speed FDM printing. It allows for printing models at speeds exceeding 900 mm/s, making it one of the fastest filaments available on the market. The material is offered exclusively in a transparent version, providing crystal-clear prints.

HS PLA Clear enables the creation of transparent, aesthetically pleasing models with a uniform finish. The filament features excellent layer adhesion, dimensional stability, and UV resistance, ensuring that the color and transparency of prints remain durable even under prolonged sun exposure.

Fiberlogy HS PLA Clear is easy to use for both professionals looking to print faster and more efficiently, and hobbyists seeking striking and functional 3D prints. It is suitable for prototypes, decorative elements, artistic projects, and any application where transparency and high-quality finish are important.

The filament is ideal for functional prototypes, decorations, architectural models, designer elements, and other projects where fast printing and impressive transparency are required.

Fiberlogy HS PLA Clear is a filament for 3D printer users seeking a combination of exceptional transparency, high printing speed, and reliable quality – perfect for professional and creative projects.

Recommendations and tips

Print settings

  • Printing temperature 220-250°C
  • Bed temperature 60°C
  • Build surface Smooth PEI, Textured PEI, Glass
  • Drying conditions 50°C / 4h
  • Enclosure not required
  • Cooling fan 75-100%

Tips and recommendations

  • Storage: Unused material should be stored in a way that protects it from absorbing moisture, which can increase filament brittleness and reduce print quality.
  • Increased brittleness: The filament shows a higher risk of spontaneous cracking. After finishing a print, always unload the filament from the printer.
  • Microcracks: Contact with loading mechanisms may cause microcracks. After unloading, we recommend cutting off the previously loaded section to prevent breaking in the PTFE tube.

Properties

  • Density 1.24 g/cm³
  • Tensile Strength 50 MPa (ISO 527)
  • Tensile Modulus 3500 MPa (ISO 527)
  • Elongation @ Break <5% (ISO 527)
  • Charpy Impact Strength (Notched) @ 23℃ <5 kJ/m2 (ISO 179)
  • Heat Distortion Temperature @ 0.45 MPa 60°C (ISO 75)
  • Glass Transition Temperature 60°C (DSC)

RAL/Pantone

To make it easier to choose the right color variant, we provide RAL and Pantone equivalents for filaments wherever possible. The given values are approximate and are intended to reflect the actual filament shade as closely as possible.

Why not HEX?

Providing the color of 3D printing filament in HEX format does not make sense because this notation was created to describe colors displayed on screens (RGB – monitors, TVs, mobile devices). HEX defines a mix of red, green and blue light, meaning a digital color. With filaments, however, we deal with a physical material. The same filament may look different in various photos and HEX cannot accurately represent the actual appearance of the material.

Much better references are color systems used in printing and industry, such as RAL or Pantone, which are based on real samples and allow for comparison of colors in physical reality.
