Product description

FiberFlex 40D is a flexible TPU filament with a Shore hardness of 40D, designed for fast and precise 3D printing at speeds of up to 45 mm/s without compromising print quality. The material was developed to make printing flexible models simple and convenient – it feeds easily, while the layers bond perfectly, ensuring both durability and aesthetics of the prints.

FiberFlex 40D stands out with its high resistance to impacts, abrasion, low temperatures, and chemicals, making it suitable for a wide range of applications – from hobby projects to professional models requiring flexibility and strength.

The filament is available in a broad palette of colors, allowing it to be adapted to any project.

For users seeking other flexible filament options, Fiberlogy also offers FiberFlex 30D – a softer version of TPU, and Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D – a matte flexible filament with similar hardness, ideal for achieving non-glossy surfaces.

RAL/Pantone

To make it easier to choose the right color variant, we provide RAL and Pantone equivalents for filaments wherever possible. The given values are approximate and are intended to reflect the actual filament shade as closely as possible.

Why not HEX?

Providing the color of 3D printing filament in HEX format does not make sense because this notation was created to describe colors displayed on screens (RGB – monitors, TVs, mobile devices). HEX defines a mix of red, green and blue light, meaning a digital color. With filaments, however, we deal with a physical material. The same filament may look different in various photos and HEX cannot accurately represent the actual appearance of the material.

Much better references are color systems used in printing and industry, such as RAL or Pantone, which are based on real samples and allow for comparison of colors in physical reality.
